Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment has been confirmed.
Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or during holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package from shipment to delivery.
Shipping Rates
We currently ship within the United States.
Free Standard Shipping is available on orders of $69.00 or more.
Orders under $69.00 are charged a flat $6.95 standard shipping fee.
Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Estimated Delivery Time
Processing Time: 1–3 Business Days
Standard Shipping: 3–7 Business Days
Estimated Total Delivery Time: 4–10 Business Days

Order Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active after the carrier receives your package.
Delivery Information

Boltrion is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately. While we cannot guarantee changes after an order has been placed, we will do our best to assist before shipment.
